In all varieties of chaat, it is customary to use a green spicy chutney and a tangy sweet chutney. But for saving time and effort, I make a single chaat chutney which serves the purpose of both and tastes yummy too. Here is what you need to make it :

Sev | Steamed and cubed Potatoes |
Chopped Coriander, tomatoes and onions. | Broken Crisp Puris |
How to Make Chaat Chutney :

- Coriander leaves
- Mint leaves
- 4 spoons Tamarind pulp
- 10 to 15 Seedless Dates
- Red chilli powder
- Chaat masala to taste
- Salt to taste

How to make Bhel Puri :
- In large bowl take the puffed rice, and add the chopped coriander, tomatoes and onions and mix well.
- Now add the sev, broken puris and mashed potatoes.
- Finally, just before serving, add the chutney as needed, and mix well.
- Sprinkle chaat powder on top if required.
- Ready to eat!
