Paneer Burji
A quickie for all the paneer lovers out there...

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup shredded paneer
- 1 small onion chopped finely
- 1 tomato chopped finely
- 1 green chilly
- 1 Spoon jeera seeds
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilly powder
- 1 tbsps ghee
- Salt to taste.
- Coriander leaves, chopped
- Heat ghee in a pan, and add jeera seeds & turmeric powder.
- Saute chopped onions & tomatoes in it for around a minute.
- Add chilly powder and salt to taste.
- Finally add the shredded paneer, and cook in low heat for around 2 minutes.
- Top with coriander leaves, and serve hot.
